Colled Rolled Coils Sheet

The Hot Rolled Coil, whose surface is cleaned of scale with acid, is rolled to the targeted thickness by passing through a reversible or tandem rolling mill (4-5 foot rolling) to bring it to a thinner thickness. However, the sheet in this state is brittle and hard. (CRF-CCRF "fullhard") In order to form the sheet, it is annealed by heating and cooling to a certain temperature in Continuous annealing or Bulk Annealing plants. In order to improve the mechanical and surface properties of the annealed sheet, a low rate of crushing (tempering) is applied. Necessary tests are performed on the sample taken and its compliance with the requested feature is checked. The tempered sheet is shipped to the customer as a roll or by slicing and cutting paint.
